              11:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time)

The recent $200 million sale of Greater Beijing First Expressways'
joint venture interests in several toll road projects in China
through judicial liquidations in Hong Kongand the British Virgin
Islands are the first judicial liquidations of a Chinese joint
venture.  These liquidations provided a dramatic recovery
from a troubled  series of investment projects  in
China, and  required a carefully choreographed series of litigations
and negotiations to preserve value and maximize the return to bondholders. Coudert
Brothers  LLP  served as legal counsel to  the ad
hoc committee of bondholders  and the indenture trustee and
led the international recovery effort.  Our teleconference
will explore  " lessons learned "  which may
be relevant to other troubled projects in China.
