Asia Society's "Returning to Sustained Growth in Asia"
Conference to be held in New York City on April 22-23, 2002

financial and service professionals, journalists and other interested
individuals to hear from leading experts concerning key economic,
political, social and regulatory trends in Asia, and how they will

This event entitled
"Returning to Sustained Growth in Asia: How Asia's Economies
Can Compete in Challenging Times" will be held on April 22-23,
2002 at the Asia Society (725 Park Avenue at 70th Street) in New
York City.
The event will begin with an evening keynote address and reception
on Monday, April 22nd from 6:00pm -8:00pm and conclude with a conference
on Tuesday, April 23rd from 8:00am - 2:30pm. The cost to attend
this event will be $125 for members of the Asia Society and collaborating
organizations, $150 for non-members and $75 for accredited academics
and members of NGO's. Presentation remarks will be on-the-record.
The event is organized in collaboration with KWR International,
Inc. JPMorgan is the lead corporate sponsor. Additional support
