Thomas E. Cunningham serves as a senior consultant at KWR International, Inc. (KWR); a firm specializing in the delivery of research, communications, consulting and advisory services to public and private sector clients. In this capacity he draws on more than two decades of experience helping to facilitate transactions and to develop business, marketing, sponsorship and promotional programs for major corporations. Examples include Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, CMGI, Federal Express, Ford Motor Company, Sprint International, Unisys, Bechtel, Reuters, Digital Equipment, Lockheed Martin, Caterpillar, Being, United Airlines, Raytheon, Trimble Navigation, Evergreen, China Air, Arthur Andersen, Xerox and DRI/McGraw Hill.

Prior to joining KWR, Mr. Cunningham served as a Sr. Vice President of the largest on-line, incubation effort ever undertaken by Compaq Computer and served as Director of Corporate Strategy for CMGI, a major publicly-held internet holding company. Previously he served as the Director of a sales and investment management firm specializing in global trade development, corporate consulting, international sales and private investments for individual and corporate clients in association with a national securities firm. Mr. Cunningham also served as Chief Operating Officer of the World Economic Development Congress, an international conference and publishing firm involving a unique audience of world leaders including CEOs, senior government officials, institutional investor, ministers of finance and ambassadors from 100 nations and over major international corporations. Mr. Cunningham has also held an array of senior management and editorial positions including the Chicago Sun-Times, the Boston Herald, the New York Post, Gannett Corp., the Trade Show Times, Intersport Television and the Patriot Ledger.

Mr. Cunningham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with honors from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and currently holds Series 7 & 63 securities licenses.
